really liked it

Although not as well set up as Six of Crows, this story still offered an emotional roller coaster ride from beginning to end. The characters grew even more, and had to deal with being outsmarted, something we didn't see happen in the first book. The narrative suffered a bit by having several objectives, instead of the one clear objective we saw in book one, and it definitely impacted my view on the book. Not to say it was in any way bad, just less focused and more spread out.

The several loose ends bothered me a bit more. What really happened to Nina's powers? Who was the White Wraith? And did Nina succeed in her final endeavor? In a way, an open ending is good, especially for this story, but I still would've wished for some more clarifications here and there.
