it was amazing

I usually don't like shorter stories, feeling some what cheated at how quickly the ending comes. This was just so funny and I could see myself in Matt's place. I have set a glass pot lid on a hot electric burner only to have it explode when I've gone to move it. I've put chicken directly in an oven, a toaster oven in my case, and had smoke come billowing out as the juices and marinade drip onto the heating coils. I am, at my core, a clumsy goof. I love that in a character. Matt had such good intentions and absolutely horrible implementation. This was a sweet read with out being sappy.
