This book makes sense... I personally think that whatever is said in this book makes complete sense. Best is that being a vegetarian i'm not forced to change my food options and neither i'm supposed to change my food choices.. No more starving myself.. She just suggest to shift the time when you have certain food and also the quantity which makes complete sense to me. She kind off drills things in your brain so may be it sounds repetitive but helps you remember her fundas every time you pick up a biscuit. Just read it you never know which part of it might actually help you lose that stubborn belly.
