I do love the Pendergast books. I love the way Rene Auberjonois reads the characters, I love the Holmesian way Pendergast deduces important from minute details.

Then there's this book. So much of this book had me rolling my eyes.

Let me start by saying, YES WE KNOW THE HOUSE IS 891 RIVERSIDE DRivE

Colleen You know I went back and read the first few recently again and it's crazy how much Pendergast's character has changed and not really for the better.

More I think about this book though the angrier I get. They wrapped absolutely nothing up except some people randomly dying or going missing! And now the authors are teasing how Diogenes is back and not dead in interviews...it's getting shark jumping I think but would love to be proven wrong.
