I'll be honest with ya, not my genre of choice. But, I wouldn't be a nerdfighter if I hadn't read some of the works that one of my favorite you tube celebrities had written.

What this book is is a Matryoshka Doll. On the outside it's a story about teenage youth. inside of that it's a missing person mystery. Inside that it's a critical review of the poetry of Walt Whitman, inside that it's a introspective essay on how we see each other and how we see ourselves.

And, although it didn't this book didn't "snag" me, I can totally understand why it so many people have fallen in love with it. I can see some of my nephews and nieces loving this book, and I'll plan on giving them a suggestion to read it.
