Keyes strikes again! I think I am getting to the end of her books and I can’t say I am unhappy about it. She continues to write about another daughter in the same family and the only daughter I have left is the youngest, most annoying one and I hope she hasn’t written a book featuring this daughter. This story is about Maggie, the most responsible of the daughters, whose married just falls apart and she runs off to LA to see her best friend. And she goes crazy. Apparently the reason she subconsciously went to LA was that a previous boyfriend whom she never got over spends a lot of time there and she wanted to run into him. Because that happens all the time in the #2 biggest city in America. YEAH RIGHT! The story of her in LA was interspliced with how her marriage fell apart and it’s too lame to worth a mention. Very very typical. I can’t believe how quickly the husband forgave her at the end. Shit happened and it seriously wrapped up in 10 pages. Cheesy and ugh. One of the mediocre books. Grade C
