it was amazing

bookshelves: fantasy, best-of-2018

Read this book two months ago, but neglected to review it until today, which is a shame because it was a pretty awesome book that landed my top ten list of the year. As a result, I'm not going to try to give this book the justice it deserves in this review. But suffice to say, the post-apocalyptic fantasy world in this book was really awesome, I was blown away by how Jemisin pulled off a 2nd person POV, the character work was amazing, I loved the atmosphere, and I am very much looking forward to the next book.

Rating: 4.5 Stars (Excellent).
