How i love Bilbo and all the little dwarves!
I really enjoyed it, but i will say i got a little bored here and there. This was the very first time i've ever read it and so much of it is "Viking" through and through!
The dwarves of the four corners… the names, everything. Clever use. It made it so easy for me to relate as Norse history is a love of mine, runs through me like a curry on a Friday.
Thoroughly enjoyed and I'm glad i waited till the hype was over to read it. No spoilers or anything bobbing about.
Read it.
Obviously eventually i'll get to the Lord of the Rings trilogy but i'm going to have a short break to digest.
