Thinking, Fast and Slow

Incredibly informative book. You turn the last page with a much better grasp on why human beings make the decisions they do. In a confusing world full of complexity, this book fills in some very important blanks. I feel like this book will help me to not blame myself or others as much for mistakes that are made more because of naturally occurring processes than conscious decision making. I was well aware of confirmation bias, but availability bias is now firmly on my radar.
