it was amazing

Ahhhh! Such a sweet, sweet story! Denise weaves such a great emotional story with well-developed characters. She has a way of captivating you and drawing you into the story. Sooooo hard to put down!!! Filled with such wonderful phrases like: "She could feel a glimmer of optimism through the haze of loneliness." It's easy to empathize with Paige feeling rejected, not enough for anyone, and not belonging anywhere or to anyone. It's equally easy to sympathize with Riley, who had to learn to "improvise, adapt, overcome". My favorite quote from her book is: "...what the Spirit had been whispering softly in the quiet of the night." I think the blurb from a reviewer at the beginning of the book summed it up the best by saying, "trusting God doesn't make life perfect - without loss or sorrow - but can bring great joy" - and unexplainable peace! Everyone will be encouraged after reading this book. Love, LOVE it!!
