it was ok

Ugh. This book started out good, but quickly took the crazy train. I can't take anyone seriously who advocates for no vaccines.

Donna Thanks for pointing this out. I was a little interested in this book, but just knowing that they're anti-vaccine would make me doubt all their other advice.

Elizabeth Exactly. And their reasons for being anti-vaccine were bad ones. I get that people are concerned about vaccines being "contaminated" and I think we should try and fix that problem. But the authors of this book were anti-vaccine (in part) because "no one is getting these illnesses anymore". Seriously? Why do you think no one is getting these illnesses anymore? Because of vaccines!!!

Then (like you said) I started to doubt everything else they said....

Kathy I agree on the vaccines - that's a huge one!
