You would think with my attention deficit that I would like short stories, but I don' takes me at least a twenty pages to really focus on a book or, although I love fairy tales...this book was actually more of a collection of short stories, and so it was difficult for me to engage. I read about 5 of them, and found them all so precious and pretentious that I could not continue. Although, I read all of the author's notes on their stories, and found those very interesting. I skipped to a few author's I knew, but couldn't engage well with those stories either. I shall try something else, this is obviously not the right time for this book.
