really liked it

This was somewhat of a departure for Clive Cussler--writing about railroads in the early 1900s instead of the sea, with Dirk Pitt, or his more recent counterpart, Kurt Austin. This book is exciting, with twists and turns as the race to complete the railroad goes on. Isaac Bell is a somewhat larger than life character, as is the villain, The Wrecker. At times there more detail than I can handle, but it is still a good read.
