really liked it
bookshelves: british-literature

A must read. I recommend a decent edition like the Penguin so you have enough notes to understand the complex satire. Carroll rewrites a lot of British children's poems with clever parodies for Alice to recite. The second book includes more logic (Carroll taught logic) and a chess game. The notes help a great deal.
