it was amazing
bookshelves: children-and-ya, dystopian-post-apocalyptic

For the first few pages, every time her name appeared, I read "cat piss." Once I got past that, I really enjoyed the book. It's like if Margaret Atwood were to write the Running Man for young adults. It could have gone to a sappy ending, but it didn't, and I was so relieved and surprised!
