really liked it

A long polemic in which Richard Dawkins attempts to demolish the argument for theistic belief. Mostly focusing on the Abrahamic traditions, Dawkins, moves through the arguments for the existence of God; from irreducible complexity, to innate morality Dawkins makes a convincing argument.
The only problem with the book is how seriously Dawkins takes his task. He seems to genuinely be bothered by the fact that people believe in the existence of God, mostly from the perspective of faith's conflict with science education, however the attack made really only works against religious literalism, which is focused on in comparison with nominal "Einsteinian" notions of God as the source of natural law. Summarising and synthesising the age old arguments, why is there suffering, etc, Dawkins makes a wonderful contribution to anti-theistic literature.
Definitely worth reading.
