After a 2 year hiatus from the Casson family, Jordan S. recommended that I finish the series, and I have not been disappointed in Permanent Rose. Rose and Indigo are my favorite Casson siblings, and Rose is so funny and daring. She misses her American friend Tom so much in this book, and hatches a plan that only she can pull off by emotionally blackmailing her father, Bill, to visit New York. This strand of the plot is directly related to Saffy's quest to find out who her father really is. Trust me, it's not your typical realistic fiction novel.
