The Lean Startup

The biggest problems with this aside from Reis's magnanimous love for himself is that the author assumes a no constraints based approach to his methodology. If you have unlimited sums of capital you can forever iterate until you achieve product market fit. Bollocks. Additionally, he looks at one consumer facing product as his data set - (his own company) - I don't need to cite data science here to say that a 1 unit sample does not offer substantial data, hence flawed methodology. Lastly he preaches this and the end all be all solution for startups; last I checked there were no absolutes in business. So if inherently mind numbing drivel is your thing, by all means get this book. However if you consider yourself to have common sense, save your time, read the other one star review that sums this book up in two words, and please do your part to stop this bozo from influencing any more doe eyed recent college grads.
