really liked it
bookshelves: non-fiction

What impressed me most was that Wilberforce really changed how the world thought about so many things. He didn't just abolish the slave trade. He revolutionized how people thought about the slave trade, slavery, equality and human rights, and what it means to be a Christian. This book shows how our modern society is founded on what he did. Who knew?
