really liked it
Read from February 06 to 21, 2013

I have a feeling that it's a good thing I listened to the audiobook. The cast was great for the most part, and it really helped to make the story feel more real. I like this style because it's different. It doesn't focus on why or how the zombies happened, but on how the world reacted (and in an extremely believable way...). Having so many perspectives also kept things interesting -- if you didn't like one person's anecdote, no problem, because it wasn't too long and you were bound to go somewhere completely different in a few minutes (or pages).

A fresh way to write a topic that's swiftly being overdone.
