The Prisoners of Breendonk: Personal Histories from a World War II Concentration Camp

An interesting tale about a largely unknown Belgium concentration camp. It is endlessly mindboggling the horrors that one human can inflict on another.
While this was a well-written, informative text, I'm not sure why it was in the young adult section of my public library. Nothing about it seemed particularly geared towards teens - writing style, language, characters' ages. Additionally, there are TONS of characters - so many that I, a pretty skilled reader, couldn't keep track. I think most young adult readers would find the huge number of characters whose stories are interspersed throughout the book hard to keep track of.
