Magic Shifts (Kate Daniels, #8)
Another enjoyable book from Ilona Andrews who's definitely one of my favourite authors in this genre now. The characters in the series are well-established, but I really liked moving Curran and Kate outside the pack and seeing how they interact with the world outside the keep, especially seeing Curran try and play the nice neighbour. The sexual chemistry between them is still strong, and the interaction between Kate and the big bad, her father, is fascinating. Love this series.
