really liked it

A strong follow up to the Patrick Rothfuss' incredible series opener. This book, kicking off where Name of The Wind ended, delves deeper into both, the characters and the surrounding world they inhabit, and an imaginative world it is, brimming with wonderfully creative ideas. For all its strengths however, the book didn't quite grab me in the same way that the series opener did. Whilst that never seemed to let down for a minute, this does occasionally find itself plodding. Thats not to say that this isn't a great book however, the chapters are engrossing, the characters and places engaging and it will leave you hungry for more.
