I don't know how to rate this. I can see why it's a fun read for a child but reading it as an adult was....rough. Like reading Narnia and seeing all of the symbolism you missed. If the symbols were phallic, Freudian and inappropriate instead of religious...3 stars, I guess? Simply because I think the recommended age group might appreciate it being so fun?
