it was amazing
bookshelves: 2018-books

I can't say enough about this book and how it moved me--the story of this family spans two continents, two cultures, and two sides of a brutal war. Absolutely recommend to anyone who likes learning about the gray areas of history and especially the Pacific theatre of WWII.
