it was ok

Seriously disappointing. Not even a history book detailing the Revolutionary War during 1776 could have been so boring and still McCullough won a Pulitzer for this? The book follows George Washington and chronicles the background and three battles of 1776 yet manages to reveal nothing of any significance. Pass on this book and find something more interesting.
