did not like it

British mystery. Characters don't feel real. No genuine suspense. Parts unbelievable. Reads like a poor episode of Murder She Wrote tv series.

Marti Firsr of all, these are not British. They are not meant to be measured against police procedurals or books like Patricia Cornwell, Linda Fairstein or such. They are meant to entertain, not to be great puzzles to be solved.
