really liked it

A thoroughly good read.

Anna and her friends were very believable characters and it was hard not to warm to them, with the exception of her vile mother.

I liked the depth of Anna's character and the fact the anonymous gifts had such an effect on her, and her colleagues, particularly in her development of sass and confidence.

The excitement of the chase, intrigue surrounding the parcels and the developing story, for me by far outshone the conclusion (which, whilst enjoyable,- I found a little twee).

I was thrilled by the mystery and wanted to buy into the slightly sinister undertones, although I knew it had to be a happy ending, part of me hankered after a less favourable one!
