This last book was a little different from the other books in the series. If you're expecting the same level of darkness, torture, pain, etc. then you'll be pleasantly surprised. Everything I hoped for throughout this series came to life in this book. There were quite a few stumbling blocks before Anna (view spoiler)[and Alex (hide spoiler)] got the HEA, but it just made the end that much more amazing. Devin gets his comeuppance and we the reader get a front row seat on the action. There were so many factors about this book (this series period) that I loved and the closure it provided was just enough for me to happily say goodbye to the characters.

I could list all the things I loved but I have no intention to ruin the plot for anyone. Read it!!
