A lovely collection of recipes, photography and stories from farms across the United States, this book pairs well-known chefs (Rick Bayless, Tom Colicchio, etc.) with regional farms and growers for spectacular results. Recipes are accessible and adaptable, and encourage the use of local and farm-fresh ingredients. A must read for chefs intent on incorporating local foods into their work.
