This book was good, but what I expected to be a thrilling mysterly like the rest of his books, ended up being a pleasant, peaceful story about a small town going through big changes. A vicious murder that grabbed you at the beginning was a large part of these changes. Oddly, though, Grisham then spent half the book talking about other things and people and then came back to the murder at the end. The book was good, I liked it, but it was not what I expected.
