really liked it
bookshelves: borrowed-not-bought

If I had had a scintilla of ambition, I like to think I could have been Tina Fey. I was a nerdy theater major and good writer, too. So I root for her to succeed.

This book is very funny; it made me laugh out loud more than once. I don't know if it has a broad appeal, but people who are smart enough to be fans of "30 Rock" will enjoy it.

A quibble with the ebook format: the chart drawing and script reprint were virtually impossible to read (maybe on a color nook they would look better; I'll have to take a peek), and the footnotes were at the very end of the book, so read as non sequiturs, as it wasn't clear what they were connected to.

Emily Lee Anne, I just read this on my nook and if you touch the little asterisks, it takes you to the footnote and then you can click the back button and it takes you back to your page. Sorry if this sounded like a pretentious comment...

Lee Anne It was on first generation loaner nook, so I wasn't as schooled as I am now. Also in this review, I make note that I don't think this book will have mass appeal. Shows what I know.
