Cue the sapfest lol. I'm kidding. It wasn't that sappy. More corny than anything but an enjoyable read nonetheless. Told completely from Rhett's POV, we can see a cocky, arrogant manwhore with a soft spot for his bestie Clementine. It doesn't take long to learn why he's the way he is. And it's understandable. The relationship between him and Clemmie was sweet yet selfish but I was glad to see that it didn't take any real drama for him to get his head out of his a** and admit his love for her. I'm looking forward to reading book 2.
