really liked it
bookshelves: science-and-animals

This was a sweet book and can be used a lot in the classroom. This can be great to use while talking about changing seasons and how it affects how and when things grow. It also shows the children baking apple pie and what they do to cut the apples and start the baking. There are additional notes in the back on how bees help apples grow in the spring by pollination and how to bake your own apple pie! I thought this was a great book to keep in a young elementary classroom.
