it was amazing
bookshelves: favorites, manga

** spoiler alert ** Okay. So I'm going to finally, FINALLY finish reading this series.

Y'all may wonder why I'm going for it, but the answer is simple - this manga is not what you think. Yes, Ritsuka is twelve years old. When I first came across this and read the blurb, I was totally fucking grossed out and threw it down, out of my sight. But when a good friend told me how awesome it is and that it isn't what I thought, I totally picked it up and started to really, really enjoy it.

You might think I've gone crazy. I haven't. This is just a really beautiful manga in pretty much every single way.

My recommendation to anyone who thinks this manga might be creepy or wrong would be thus: read it. You'll see. It's great.

Gabry I heard of this manga a while ago and I really wasn't sure if I wanted to read it because of the 12 year old thing and most of the people I know that are really into yaoi are the type that get really excited over the whole scenes in Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler that may or may not imply shounen-ai (the anime and manga is really popular for yaoi fans, I've noticed) & they were obsessing over certain parts in Loveless and making it seem like every page was full of yaoi when it was not and it was actually good but then I totally forgot to continue reading and finishing the first volume.

Krazi Mentality I really enjoyed this manga more than I actually thought. Yeah certain parts are weird but I think that's what makes a good manga series.
