This is light and fluffy and probably something high school students would enjoy. It's told in alternating narrators (Henry, then Garrett, who is actually a girl even though Garrett seems like a guy's name). I thought Henry's parts were pretty well written but I Garrett's voice sounded too much like a guy's. I thought some of the slang was over the top and forced. I don't hear kids using "mad" as an adjective all too often these days. The story itself is super predictable. There are film geeky movie references woven into the whole plot and I'm sure that will appeal to some readers. Overall I just didn't think this was that good.
