(3.0) Tried to cover too much ground

We see Alice as a young girl, as an adolescent, as a young lover, a mother and a widow. Seemed like she tried to cover too much of Alice's life in one short novel. I actually enjoyed the author's quick (factual) bio of Alice Liddell after the novel in the edition I read quite a bit. Don't skip it. Otherwise not too much to comment on.
