it was amazing

I almost couldn't put down this book. Right away, even at the beginning I was hooked, before the stories even started. I don't read much humor, but some of these stories had me rolling.

I started the anthology thinking I'd be on team unicorn all the way because of my almost paralyzing fear of zombies, but I found that the zombie stories were generally better written and more enjoyable. The unicorn ones were more for laughs, though two ("The Care and Feeding of Your Baby Killer Unicorn" and "The Third Virgin") were very well written, and felt real instead of fantasy-esque as most unicorn fiction is.

There is one story that I couldn't finish, "Bougainvillea" because I found it too scary.
