I swear that everything JD Hawkins writes is golden. Dude is gifted!!
I love the fact that the characters, Gemma and Dylan, were just as likeable in this book as the last. Too often I read books where my feelings abruptly change (a real piss off if you ask me), but I'm so happy that that's not the case here. Both characters were wonderful. I'm thrilled that Dylan quickly figured out what a treasure Gemma was and these two were able to get their HEA.
The only thing missing for me was more. I wanted something solid about their future. Yes, I get they're in love. OK... Annnnnnnnnd... I also wanted to see how Ramona and Ben (view spoiler) fit into this future.
My next read is Brando. I'm sooooooooo excited!!
