Favorite things about the book: All of the characters (except their children) are adult., Jessica is a single mother, and has a great snarky sense of humor. There are vampires, fae, and shapeshifters.
Completely Unbelievable: (and yes I understand that the whole book should be unbelievable b/c it's about vampires...) Jessica learns her fighting skills by having it "downloaded," simply put, Patrick (her love interest) touches her forehead and downloads everything she needs to know. Within days, if not hours, Jessica, and Patrick realize they are soulmates. Their love is so strong they can't imagine living life without the other.
Overall good book. I read it in one sitting, and will read the second in the series.
