The Four Loves

I find this book beautiful and so deep. Having read it before, I was amazed at how difficult I found it to get through and really grasp. The last time I read it, I feel I was more naive in my approach, took it more on face value and didn't think as much about the parts I didn't fully comprehend. I think I could read this book ten times in a row and get more from it every time. For a small book it packs quite a punch. I love Lewis' ability to write simply, but with such depth in every line. One aspect I found myself disagreeing with was his description of friendship love. I don't seem to think it only focuses on a task to work on together, but a deep friendship does seem to transcend the task. Definitely a thought provoking read I would recommend to anyone.
