it was amazing
bookshelves: 2011
Read from March 13 to 15, 2011

Vacation was like a ball of everything I love in a book. Well-done fractured timelines with multiple, well constructed narrators. Desolate, honest relationships that break under the weight of themselves. The isolation of foreign travel. So much goodness crammed into a 200 page book.

The style and tone actually reminded me a good deal of a more soft-edged John Brandon, and the rambling of the inner monologue was spot on (at least, that's how it sounds in my head.) I had a really hard time putting this one down, and I am definitely looking forward to giving Revolution a shot, soon.
