really liked it

I always thought that meditation is about emptying the mind. Turns out it is actually about awareness: of my own breathing, body parts, feelings. It is about acknowledging them. According to this book, being aware (mindful) to all these will reduce stress, chronic pain, disease predispositions, sadness, and all those negative occurrences in our body and mind. Of course it needs practice.

Interesting. I might want to try it in the near future, and then come back reading this book again from time to time.
