Lately I've been doing a lot of preaching to my own choir with my choices in nonfiction. Yes, I enjoyed Super Freakonomics, but I knew I was going to enjoy it, because I enjoyed Freakonomics, and I enjoyed The Drunkard's Walk, and I enjoyed Bad Science... that is, very little in this book surprised, shocked, or enlightened me. I think I would've rated it four stars if it had felt a little more provocative. Am I a budding microeconomist?
