This really was a cute book, I want to give it 3.5 stars, but that is not an option :( I have a hard time differentiating between my 3 and 4 star books, but for me a three star book is one I enjoyed but don't necessarily want to keep to I can re-read it (I hope that helps clear up how I rate them)

I really enjoyed several things about this book.

-It takes place at the turn of the century, a time period of which I have not found as many books.
-The main character is a turn of the century "foodie" and being a bit of a foodie myself, I can relate :) (even if her excessive use of maraschino cherries makes me a little sick..I know, my dad loves the things, but I am not a fan)
-The characters are likeable

All in all, a good read. If you are looking for a fun, ligh, LDS romance story, this is a good book for you!
