" One Good Dog" was like the Ghetto version of "The Art of Racing in the Rain". It is the story of a down and out former executive and an escaped former fighting pit bull. Both are wondering aimlessly through their lives when against all odds, they end up together. This book is humorous and heartwarming with an underlying theme of what is important in life. The story is told from the view of the man and the dog. I was extremely surprised by this book, simple and uncomplicated an easy but satisfying read.
