Will Patching is not only a very talented author but also a good narrator. He has done a fantastic job: the different voices are distinct and even the female voices are believable.

I don't know if you have to be a little insane yourself to love this book.

It is hard and cruel not only because of the graphic descriptions of the crimes but because of the insight we get in Leech's and Doc's mind. The first a remorseless psychopath who doesn't know guilt, the latter nearly losing his mind over guilt.

This well-written intelligent story won't leave you untouched. You'll start looking around for the psychopaths in your life. They might not be murderers but they sure have a "hole in their psyche" as Will Patching puts it.
