Barb Sounds wonderful. Where did you hear about it?

message 2: by Kate (new)

Kate I am kind of lukewarm on AL, but I like this book pretty well.

Jana Yeah, I'm lukewarm about her, too, but I'm enjoying the book. Barb, I've known about it for years but someone recently told me I HAD to read it. So here I am.

Randi One of our guest authors visited CHS and spoke to the classes about writing. She recommended this book. It is part of the CHS Library collection!

Randi I believe it was Jennifer Hubbard, author of The Secret Year.

Barb Can alumni teachers borrow books?

Randi For sure! I know where yoU live!

Julie Odell Kind of undeniably great, huh? I repeat parts of this in my head almost every time I write.

Terresa I liked Bird by Bird, but haven't read anything else by Lamott (not sure if I will).

Christine So far I have love everything I've read by Anne Lamott. This one was a good one, but her memoirs are so much better!
