I gave this book four stars because the concept was so brilliant. Rose is unforgettable as the young girl who can taste her mother's emotions through the food she is served--and it doesn't stop there. It is strange in places but I thought it was very interesting and compelling. It made me wonder what people would taste in the food I make! I recommend this book!
