Fascinating as always, Gladwell makes the case that genius alone is of little value for achieving success. This is an important read for educators (parents) of all kinds, highlighting the roles of opportunity, hard work, familial and community nurture, the 10,000 hour rule, and emotional intelligence in a person's life.
